Chongli Yunding Mountain Running Race

- 60km Dandelion Group: 600 participants, cumulative distance 57.65km, cumulative elevation gain 2699m, start time 5:30 on June 28, cutoff time 15 hours, ITRA points planned 3. Age requirement: 18-63 years old on race day (born between June 28, 1962 and June 27, 2008); special invited athletes excluded. Qualification requirement: Participants must submit proof of completion for one 50km+ or two 40km+ running races within the past year.

The 2026 Chongli Yunding Mountain Running Race offers five distinct categories ranging from a challenging 60km ultra to family-friendly 4km options. The course winds through the scenic Yunding Ski Park, featuring expansive meadows, vibrant flower fields, and iconic windmills against a backdrop of mountain trails. This edition continues the tradition of combining natural beauty with the legacy of the 2022 Winter Olympics venue.
Location
The race starts and finishes at the Yunding Hotel within the Yunding Ski Park in Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The venue was a primary competition site for snow events during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, offering modern facilities amidst natural mountain scenery.
Getting There
Participants can reach Chongli via high-speed rail to Zhangjiakou Station followed by local transportation (approximately 1-2 hours). Alternatively, fly to Beijing airports (PEK or PKX) and drive 3-4 hours to the race location. Local shuttle services may be available during race weekend.

- June 28, 2026: 60km Dandelion Group starts at 05:30, 42km Sunflower Group at 06:00, 26km Datura Group at 06:30
