However, event details (including dates, prices, routes, and logistics) are sourced from third-party event organizers and are subject to change without notice. Always verify critical details directly with the event organizer before making travel arrangements.
Event Registration
When you register for an event through RunEast, you are entering into an agreement with the event organizer, not with RunEast. We facilitate the registration process but are not a party to the contract between you and the organizer. Refund policies, cancellation terms, and event rules are set by each event organizer.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for verifying event details and assessing your own fitness and ability to participate.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, permits, or travel documents for entering China.
- You agree to provide accurate information when using our contact form, newsletter signup, or event registration.
Limitation of Liability
RunEast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website, reliance on event information, or participation in any event listed on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses, injuries, or losses resulting from event cancellations or changes.
