The 2026 edition is the 11th running of the Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang, featuring five race categories from 35km to 100km. Courses wind through the spectacular valleys and high passes of the Siguniang Mountain scenic area, offering runners challenging terrain with breathtaking alpine scenery. The event spans four days from November 4-7, with staggered start times across categories.
Location
The race is held in the Siguniang Mountain (Four Sisters Mountain) scenic area within Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. Start and finish locations vary by category, with the main venue at the Siguniang Mountain Outdoor Activity Management Center. Courses utilize trails in Shuangqiao Valley, Changping Valley, and Haizi Valley, passing by iconic peaks and remote high-altitude landscapes.
Getting There
The nearest major city is Chengdu, approximately 175km away (3-4 hours drive). Most participants travel by road from Chengdu to Siguniang Mountain. Public buses and private transfers are available from Chengdu. The race venue is at the Siguniang Mountain Outdoor Activity Management Center in the scenic area.
