Rules & Race Regulations

1. Eligibility

By registering for the event, participants confirm that they:

  • Meet the minimum age requirements and qualification criteria for their chosen race category.
  • Fully comply with all entry requirements set by the committee.

2. Health Declaration

Participants acknowledge that trail running is a physically demanding sport and confirm they are in suitable health condition. The following individuals are advised not to participate:

  • (1) Individuals with congenital or rheumatic heart disease
  • (2) Individuals with hypertension or cerebrovascular diseases
  • (3) Individuals with myocarditis or other heart conditions
  • (4) Individuals with coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmia
  • (5) Individuals with diabetes and abnormal blood glucose levels (too high or too low)
  • (6) Individuals who have had a cold or illness within two weeks prior to race day
  • (7) Individuals who have consumed excessive alcohol the night before the race or had insufficient sleep
  • (8) Pregnant women
  • (9) Individuals with any other medical condition not suitable for strenuous exercise

3. Fraudulent Registration

Any participant found to have obtained entry qualification through fraudulent or dishonest means will have their race entry and results revoked, and may face further penalties at the discretion of the organizing committee.

4. Mandatory Safety Equipment

Participants must carry all required mandatory safety gear corresponding to their race category at all times during the event.

The organizing committee will conduct mandatory gear checks at the start/finish area, aid stations, and along the course.

Participants must fully cooperate with inspections. Failure to comply or incomplete equipment may result in penalties or disqualification.

The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust or add mandatory equipment requirements prior to the race based on weather or safety conditions.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the race course, aid station locations, and support points without prior notice.

In case of government directives or extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy rain, dense fog, freezing rain, strong winds, or extreme heat), the organizing committee reserves the right to:

  • Delay the start, or
  • Cancel the event if necessary.

By registering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above, and accept full responsibility for their participation.
