About the Race
The Shenzhen 100 Mountain Running Race is the China stage of the Italian TORX® ultra series, held along the coastal ridgelines of Shenzhen's Yantian and Dapeng peninsulas. The flagship 100km route climbs 7,190m from the historic Dapeng Suo Cheng fortress to Dameisha Beach, while the 60km and 35km categories share the Dameisha start and finish. A 10km individual race and a 10km parent-child "百里少年" race round out the program. Top finishers in the 100km, 60km, and 35km categories earn free or discounted entry into the 2027 TORX® races in Italy.
Location
Dameisha is a beach resort area of Yantian District in eastern Shenzhen, one of the city's most popular seaside destinations. The 100km route begins on the Dapeng Peninsula at Dapeng Suo Cheng, a well-preserved Ming-dynasty coastal defense fortress and one of China's UNESCO World Heritage tentative-list sites, now surrounded by a protected coastline and nature reserve.
