A multi-distance trail race through the rugged gorges and forested ridgelines of the Helan Mountains in Shizuishan, Ningxia, with four distances from a 10km hike to an 88km overnight ultra.

- Qualification: one 50km+ trail finish or two marathon+ finishes within the past year

Overview
The Lanpao 2026 Mt. Helan Ultra Trail runs through the Helan Mountains (贺兰山), a dramatic north–south range marking the historical boundary between the Chinese heartland and the steppe. Starting and finishing at the Beiwudang Eco-Tourism Area in Shizuishan, Ningxia, the 80km course threads nine named gorges — Ma'er Gully, Dagan Gully, Liumuzi, Xigou, Xiaochuan, Chagou, Xiaolugoumen — in an overnight loop, while shorter distances share the opening terrain. Organized by Youmai Sports, operators of the SKYLINE Tianji Trail Series.
Location
Start and finish at Beiwudang Eco-Tourism Area (北武当生态旅游区) in the Helan Mountains, Shizuishan, Ningxia. Bib pickup is on October 9, 2026.

Mandatory Gear
(A) Rules
- Gear must be presented at packet pickup; failure will result in no race materials.
- Gear must be carried throughout the race. Spot checks are mandatory.
- Consumable items (emergency blanket, energy food, first-aid kit) may be replaced at aid stations with empty packaging/old items.
- The organizing committee may add gear requirements based on weather.
