About the Race
The FUGA Glacier Extreme Gongga 100 starts and finishes at the Hailuogou Scenic Area, at the foot of Mount Gongga (Minya Konka) — one of the highest peaks in Sichuan. The 100km route climbs over 7,000 meters through glacier and high-altitude alpine terrain, requiring crampons, a climbing helmet, and poles as mandatory gear, while the 60km and 40km routes offer shorter but still demanding introductions to the same glacier landscape.
Location
Tourist Center, Hailuogou Scenic Area, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. Hailuogou is a glacier park on the eastern slope of Mount Gongga (7,556m), known for its low-altitude glacier and views of the Gongga massif.
