This spring race takes runners through the Tianhu Lake scenic area in Conghua, with courses passing lakes, dams, forest trails, and rural villages. All categories start and finish at Conghua Wenquan Bus Station.

Overview
The 2026 spring edition of the Conghua 100 Ultra Trail takes place on March 29, 2026, in the Tianhu Lake scenic area of Conghua. The course offers scenic views of the lake, forest trails, and rural villages, with all distances starting and finishing at the Conghua Wenquan Bus Station.
Course Details
30km
This 28.3km route with 1,169m of elevation gain starts at 09:00 and has an 8-hour time limit. The course passes the Tianhu Dam, orchards, small reservoirs, and Tianxi Valley, with ITRA points awarded.
20km
The 19.2km route with 878m of elevation gain also starts at 09:00 with a 5-hour limit. It follows a similar but shorter path through the scenic area, also offering ITRA points.
10km
This 12.2km route with 332m of elevation gain starts at 09:00 with a 3.5-hour limit. It's suitable for beginners and families, with a parent-child category available.
Location
The race is held in the Tianhu Lake scenic area of Conghua District, Guangzhou. Start and finish is at the Conghua Wenquan Bus Station in Wenquan Town.
Getting There
- Event Shuttle: Paid shuttles run from Guangzhou city center (Tiyu Zhongxin Station Exit B) to the race start. Booking details will be released later.
- Public Transport: From Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or major train stations, take metro to Tiyu Zhongxin Station Exit B for the shuttle.
- Driving: Navigate to Conghua Wenquan Bus Station; parking available on-site.
